Welcome 2007!

Happy New Year everyone!  New year, new life and new spirit. Another year for everybody to make their lives worth it. Another year to change, plan and make better in any way.

A lot of things happen with my life from the year 2006. The major thing was my surgery last July (then kicked out from the apartment where i used to live when I first came here in Canada, a "blessing in disguise" in a way and thank you so much about that.. for some reason, i just don't want to be specific in what happened about it because it's done and i've already moved on) then another thing was the "Siakol Concert", Rex and I  did it.. well not everything, i only want to recognize this some kind-of  accomplishment for both of us last summer. At least this time, we know we could organize that kind of event here in Toronto. I'm sssoooo glad we did that! A very positive year 2006 for me, I know there are also some bad times but that's part of it. It was also the year where I already know who are the real people around me, people who aretrue and will always going to be here for me. People who don't have ka-plastik-an, ka-drama-han and kaarte-han sa buhay. You really don't have to give all your trust to anybody nowadays, especially here in Canada. Crab mentality is everywhere! Anyway enough about it.

I celebrated my Christmas and New Year with the two most important family in my life here in Canada. At Rex's family and Tita Mila's family. We celebrate new year in advance and Russel's birthday at Ate Irene's then picked up Kuya Rommel, Bing, Akit, Aaron then went to Nathan Philip's to bring Aaron (my nephew) to the ice skating ground, it just sucks because it's pouring and we didn't enjoy it as we expected. Stayed there for at least an hour then went back to my Tita's house and waited for the New Year there. I am very thankful again to have this family with me here.

Here are some extra-highlight of the year in no particular order:

-Mysterio.

-Long drives (specifically, went to Montreal three times this year).

-Gigs.

-Made new friends, a LOT of them. (Jhen, Hare, Raymond, Leeza, Rhic, Karen, Randy, Patok, Audrey, Joey, Pedz, Diane, AJ, Jae, Patrick, Jimboi, Belle, Sean, Wren, Glenda, Marlon, Angie, Earl, Liz.. and a lot more!)

-Being on my own now, less worries and dramas.  

-Submitted my landed application.

-Surgery.

-Siakol Concert.

-Pedz and Diane's Wedding and the coming of Baby Dredd.

-Celebrated a lot of birthdays and occassions.

-and a lot more!
