I don't really feel the spirit of Holy Week here in Toronto. I remember in the Philippines before, I religiously follow all beliefs (e.i., not eating meat every friday after ash wednesday) and attend to all of our Church's activities. I am not really that active right now.
Tomorrow's Good Friday. Don't have any plans yet, not even attending the Station of the Cross. Tsk! I know i shouldn't be proud about it. I shouldn't be even writting it here, i don't even have any reason why am I writting it right now. Hah!
Anyway, i just want to acknowledge that's it the SEASON OF LENT again. You know what make me feel weird about it? I'm comparing the weather here and the Phillipines wherein in this kind of season, the weather is burning hot and malagket ang pakiramdam! Come to think of it, you don't do procession with piled snow on the driveways or sidewalks. You'll need an umbrella for the sun not a winter jacket or gloves because it's freezing cold. =) Happy Easter!
