Am I really?

I've been talking online to some of my friends back home and they all have the same question, Baket wala pa akong planong magpakasal? I mean, come on.. I'm only 27 and they also have this comment na "Matanda na daw ako". Or am I really? Am I really that old and I already need to settle down? Or nahuhuli na ba ako sa pakiramdam ng generation ko? I have nothing against those friends na may pamilya na but as far as I'm concern, sobrang na-eenjoy ko pa ang pagiging single. Maybe that's what important to me now. Dami ko pa din plano before going on my next level of life.

I'm really looking forward for my future, my future family and all that comes with it. Kung pwede lang gusto ko maging perfect lahat before everything (lalo na financially!). Kaya nga I'm not really rushing on anything. I just want to be prepared, yun lang.

Naisip ko lang 'to this past few days, why do they have question and comment saken? It just felt weird.. and to think magkaka-age lang kami. Oh well, everybody has different priorities and plans in life. They chose to be that way, and I'll do it in my way.
