Food blog #1..

As i said, I'm into cooking these days. So two days ago i started taking pictures of whatever i make/made. =)

Last Wednesday night, i made a Chicken Enchiladas. I learned the recipe from Ate Irene, i did some touch from it like adding more salsa and cheese on top. It looks like a Lasagna now but it turned out good says my critic--- Rex. =)



Then last night, i made my first Spaghetti and Meatballs. I got the recipe from the internet, i made the meatballs as the size of a tennis ball. Lol.

The bowl is mine and the plate is Rex's.

Paired it with garlic bread then voila!

I didn't make anything tonight because of the huge snow storm. The news said it'll be 20 inches of snow, the heck? who would want to go out with that weather? Corned beef will be out dinner.
