SickKids.

When R still lives downtown, where his house was near those Government hospitals (i.e. Mount Sainai, Princess Margarette, SickKids) i'm thinking to myself if i could ever work in those hospitals, unless i will become a nurse or something. Not until last November when I tried sending my resume to apply as an Intra-oral Dental Assitant in SickKids or Hospital for Sick Children (sick kids, meaning it's all about pediatric care! how exciting is that?!) and didn't even expect a call from them. They called me for an interview then after 3 days, the manager called me with a good news. I was so happy! :)

Some of my friends made some funny comments. lol.



Lastnight, i was so anxious about my first day after a nice weekend (after a two xmas party with my good friends) and this is what i wrote on my facebook again. :)

This is why i cried so much when i told Aleks (my manager) about SickKids, that i need to leave my Altima work. I was very close to my co-workers, we're like a family and it was really hard to say goodbye. :( I will definitely miss everybody and the sushi lunch and the coffee-runs from Second cup below out office. *sigh*

Most of the person who commented in my status were my ex-co-workers.



Today is my first day, It was only an orientation so it's cool. I already have my badge so i find that cool too! lol. I'm so mababaw! :)

I'm just happy that i will be working with kids from now on! Cute little kids.... :)



Second day tomorrow, will be meeting a new dental staff and office. New environment and new people and it's pretty exciting!
